Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing tickets on Ticketmi. It outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, cancellations, and ticket transfers.

All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases made through Ticketmi are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed all event details — including date, time, venue, and ticket tier — and accept these terms.
Event Cancellations by the Organizer
If an event is completely and officially cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the face value of their ticket(s). Refunds in these cases will be processed automatically within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Ticketmi will notify affected ticket holders via the email address provided at checkout.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, tickets remain valid for the new date and venue. Refunds for rescheduled events are not automatically granted. Refund eligibility for such cases is solely at the discretion of the organizer. If an organizer explicitly offers refunds for a rescheduled event, Ticketmi will facilitate the process and communicate the window for requesting a refund.
Platform Service Fees Are Non-Refundable
Platform service fees and processing fees charged at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including in the event of a full cancellation refund. These fees cover the cost of operating and maintaining the Ticketmi platform and are earned at the time of transaction.
Ticket Transfers & Reselling
Unauthorized reselling, transferring, or duplication of tickets may result in the ticket being voided without refund or compensation. Ticketmi reserves the right to cancel any ticket suspected of being resold or transferred in violation of these terms. If you are unable to attend, please contact the event organizer directly to inquire about any transfer options they may offer.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy or have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact us at ticketmi.ca@gmail.com. Include your order number, event name, and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Ticketmi reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
